The menu features elevated bistro fare. Guests will be able to enjoy an assortment of snacks such as Duck & Waffles with smoked duck fat maple glaze; Banh Mi Steamed Buns with char siu pork belly, liver mousse, pickled vegetables and cilantro; and Beef & Bone Toast with thinly sliced rare beef, whipped bone marrow and red wine shallots.
